Kerem Ozan Bayraktar (Istanbul, 1984) produced site-specific installations, prints, digital animations, texts, diagrams, and presentations exploring the intersection of ecological, cultural, and technological systems and  participated in international research programs, including the Fellowship for Situated Practice in 2022 at basis voor actuele kunst (Utrecht, Netherlands) and the Berlin Senate Residency Program in 2021 at Zentrum für Kunst und Urbanistik (Berlin, Germany).

His art has been featured in events and venues such as the Tokyo Biennale (Japan); Busan Sea Art Festival (South Korea); Hothouse (Singapore); and D21 (Germany). The artist received his PhD from Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Painting. He is currently a faculty member at the same institution and lectures at various universities and art institutions, including Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. Bayraktar's recent publications include Marmara (2023), Spirits on the Ground (2021), and Dünyaların Haritaları (2021). He lives and works in Istanbul.
