Doğa Ünyaylar (Istanbul, Turkey) grew up in a family of musicians. She graduated from Marmara University, Department of Fine Arts Education. During her undergraduate education, she participated in various group exhibitions and took courses such as experimental art, sound art and interactive media at KunstUniversität Linz with the Erasmus program. She opened her first solo exhibition titled 'Neither Inside Nor Outside of Time' at KunstUniversität Linz. Ünyaylar, who held his first solo exhibition called 'Acousma' in Turkey in 2023, also organized sound walks in Austria and Turkey. She also does jazz improvisations and vocal performances. Ünyaylar's works explore the relationship between sound production and its different contexts, as well as experience, space and contemporary visual art practices.
